Camp Galileo invites rising K–8th graders to a summer where innovation and fun unite. Campers dive into hands-on STEAM projects and design challenges, transforming everyday materials into imaginative creations. Grounded in the Galileo Innovation Approach, our program helps children develop lasting confidence, creative problem-solving skills, and perseverance.

At our camp, exhilaration is the norm—because kids call the shots! Since 1980, we’ve let campers design their days, choosing exactly how they want to build, create, play, and explore. This freedom fuels confidence, creativity, and independence like nothing else. And parents? They love the freedom, too! Choose any number of days or snag a Summer Pass for unlimited fun, with flexible drop-off and pickup (8 a.m.–6 p.m.), tasty included meals, and automatic refunds for unused days. It’s the ultimate blend of convenience and adventure—where kids thrive and families win all summer long.

Each week will bring to life a different National Park with new camp mascots, trail names, and challenges, plus up-close experiences with live animals, campfire singalongs, water play days, and all the summer fun of Kidspace Museum. Camps run weekly all summer. Each camp is five full days at Kidspace, Monday through Friday, from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm, and designed to delight children 5-8 years old. Extended care is available from 3:00 to 5:00 pm for an additional fee. Sign up for one unforgettable week of camp or the full 8-week series.

We offer a variety of seasonal and summer camps for students who are interested in using different mediums, such as clay, sculpey, and paper sculpture. These camps are designed to broaden perception, abilities, and affinity for many different media, as well as spark a desire for future investigation and learning as a young artist. We offer half and full-day camps, as well as one-day and weekly options. All camps are for ages 6 to 17. * Age restrictions may vary by studio.
