It’s Halloween in June! Enjoy this family-friendly cinema classic filmed among California's Redwoods. The evening will feature a costume contest, pre-movie origami activity, and more. Wear your favorite costume or cosplay for a chance to win a prize!
- Get crafty at our pre-movie activity station
- Test Your nocturnal nature trivia chops with our Bootanical Trivia questions
- Soar through the Redwoods with Elliott and friends while watching the classic film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (PG).
- Come wearing your favorite costume! Prizes will be given for: Best Critter Costume, Most Original Costume, and Best Native Plant Themed Costume.
Cinema Botanica
Nature-themed outdoor film series. Every paid ticket includes a free popcorn with optional native plant infused topping! Non-alcoholic drinks and additional popcorn available for purchase. Doors open at 7 PM for pre-movie trivia and craft activity, movie starts c. 8 PM. CalBG will provide folding chairs, but please feel free to bring your own comfy camp chair if you prefer.
