Teens curious about cinematography can join our educators for a workshop on this complex art.

One picture really can tell a whole story. Composition, lighting, lens choice, camera angles—cinematographers use all this and more to communicate without using a single word or sound. Our latest workshop for teens explores this complex art, using cameras and other equipment to reproduce techniques used by real Hollywood cinematographers.
Workshops are designed for teens 14 and up. Snacks will be provided.
All workshops are free with museum admission and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Museum admission is free for youths 17 and under.
Location:
Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, LACMA West, 6067 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036, United States
