Homeschool Program: Terrariums | Kids Out and About San Fernando Valley

Homeschool Program: Terrariums

*The event has already taken place on this date: Tue, 12/12/2023
Learn about the water cycle while you make your own terrarium in this program for Homeschool students in Grades K - 5!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

What is a terrarium? It is a miniature garden that grows inside a glass or plastic container. Terrariums are a great way to learn about the water cycle - evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. So roll up your sleeves, grab a container, and make your own mini garden!

You probably already know the library is full of books, databases, and other materials to help students explore topics in your curriculum but did you know the library is also a great place to meet other homeschooling families? Join us once a month for this special program and network with other homeschooling families in the area. For Homeschoolers in Grades K - 5.
