Joy of Coloring

Gather with your friends, or come and meet new ones. Stop in, sit down, get creative, Tuesday, February 25, 2020. Connect with your inner child, and let the cares of the day fade away, leaving you feeling mentally clear and calm. Coloring is a simple mindfulness exercise. It causes us to focus all of our attention solely on the activity, which significantly reduces stress and anxiety.
