Things That Go Bump in the Night 2026

Kick off your fall nighttime fun at California Botanic Garden this October 2nd and 3rd with Things That Go Bump in the Night! Guests are encouraged to bring flashlights to explore the nocturnal worlds of plants and animals at booths and stages scattered throughout the Garden. Attendees can enjoy interactive activities, connect with live animals, make creepy crawly crafts, take guided flashlight tours, and grab dinner at a food truck. Live presentations include the “The World Famous Spider Show” comedy show and The Bob Baker Marionette Theater. Partners and Exhibitors include Pomona Valley Bird Alliance, LA Bat Rescue, The Invertebrate Club of Southern California, scientists from Scripps College and CalState Fullerton, and Night Hikes guided by the Sierra Club. Food and drinks will be available from Marigold Coffee Collective, Crepes Bonaparte, The Tropic Truck (Friday), and Guac N Roll Tacos (Saturday).
