The Faculty consists of highly trained individuals who have danced professionally in ballet companies, Broadway shows, and TV & film. CAD offers classes in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Acro, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz Funk and Combo Classes. The training is geared towards both aspiring professionals and students who may choose another career path. The Academy has 4 Dance Companies that take home awards every year from conventions and competitions across America, including, “KAR”, “TREMAINE”, “STARBOUND”, “HOLLYWOOD CONNECTION” and “VELOCITY”. Calabasas Academy of Dance company members perform at various venues throughout the United States. The Faculty’s aim is to share the love of dance while incorporating technique , structure and discipline for every type of dancer.
