October 17, 2026–May 22, 2027, Saturdays at 1 p.m., bring your young theatergoers to Theatre West in Los Angeles for The Emperor’s New Clothes, presented by Storybook Theatre. Discover a family outing designed with little audiences in mind: Storybook’s non-threatening, interactive musicals offer children ages 3–9 an engaging introduction to live theater, with a message woven into the fun. The audience sings along, plays kazoos, and joins in staging their own fashion show. Tickets are $20, and birthday parties and school visits are available by arrangement. Share the excitement of storytelling, music, and theater with your children.
